Can I use Aedium today?

We're working with a small group of management companies and building committees in Cyprus before launch. Request early access and we'll set up a walkthrough with your own data.

Which banks does it work with?

Any bank. Aedium reads the CSV and MT940 statement files that banks provide, whichever bank your building uses. If yours exports something unusual, send us a sample and we'll make sure it reads correctly.

Can we bring our existing records?

Yes. Buildings, flats, ownership shares and owners can be imported from a spreadsheet, and we'll do the first import with you.

Is it available in Greek?

Yes, all of it: the manager's side, the owner portal, emails and PDF statements. Each person picks their language.

Where is our data kept?

On servers in the European Union (Ireland). Each company's data is kept separate from everyone else's, and we handle personal data in line with GDPR.

Does it handle rent?

No. Aedium covers the building's shared costs and decisions. Rent stays between an owner and their tenant.

Can owners pay through Aedium?

Owners pay by bank transfer using their personal reference, which is how the payment is matched to their flat. Card payments are on our list; tell us if they matter to you.
